On rough, uneven ground at full load, hard front-suspension articulation can let a front tire lightly rub the platform. It's normal, doesn't harm the tire or the truck, and won't happen on flat ground. Lowering tire pressure won't fix the contact and can make it worse, so keep them in the normal 10-62 PSI range.
