Every StepRanger ships fully built in a protective crate for a flat $250 per vehicle anywhere in the lower 48. That covers freight delivery with liftgate service. The $250 isn't a liftgate fee — our actual freight cost is well above it, and we cover the difference. Setup is minimal: uncrate it, charge it, and go.

Only if you can unload the crate yourself. Without a liftgate, you are responsible for unloading the crate (about 500 lb) from the truck, and the driver will not unload it by hand, so the delivery address must have a loading dock or forklift. If it does, email hello@stepranger.com before your order ships and we'll arrange delivery without the liftgate. Delivery can sometimes arrive sooner this way, since liftgate trucks are often the bottleneck for final-mile delivery. If you can't unload the crate on delivery day, any liftgate, redelivery, or storage fees the carrier charges are your responsibility. No dock or forklift? Order as normal — the liftgate is already included.

The flat rate covers standard freight delivery in the lower 48. Islands, ferry-served areas, and some remote locations can carry additional carrier charges. Contact us at hello@stepranger.com or (707) 329-4442 with your address before ordering and we'll confirm your delivery options.

The All-Terrain ships in approximately 5–7 business days. Pro 60V timing depends on the color; each color shows its current status and estimated ship window on the product page. Freight transit time then depends on your location, and we send tracking the moment it leaves the dock.

About 15–17 miles on a full charge. Choose the dual-battery build when you need more range for a larger property.

Plug the included 48V charger into any standard outlet and charge overnight. No special equipment required.

Up to 1,000 pounds — a half-ton — on a 59-inch by 31.5-inch cargo platform.

Stock tires handle most yards, gravel, and trails. Snow & mud tires add grip for winter and loose ground. You pick your build, and you can add extra tire sets to the same shipment.

The StepRanger is an off-road utility vehicle, not a street-legal vehicle. Check your local rules for private-property and low-speed use.

Every StepRanger includes a 2-year warranty. We keep real parts on the shelf, and you reach the founders directly — not a call center.
