📦 Uncrating & assembly
Your StepRanger ships fully assembled and fully crated. For your safety, complete all uncrating steps — including attaching the handlebars — before rolling it off the shipping pallet.

📄 2-year warranty
We cover defects in materials and workmanship, plus anything that affects performance or safety, for 2 years from delivery. Minor cosmetic variations and light freight-handling marks are normal for freight-shipped equipment and are not defects — your manual's Finish, touch-up & minor dents section shows how to handle them. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
