Can you invoice our organization?

Yes. We send a written quote with a pay link, and we can invoice your organization. We take ACH, wire and check.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Institutions, schools and public agencies can pay by purchase order with Net 30 terms. Send the PO number and we’ll put it on the invoice.

How does tax-exempt purchasing work?

Send your exemption certificate with your quote request. The name and state on the certificate need to match the invoice and the ship-to address.

Can we get a W-9 and a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We send a W-9, our EIN and UEI, and a certificate of insurance on request.

Can you quote for a grant application?

Yes. We write quotes with validity dates set to your grant window or fiscal year, so the price holds while funding comes through.

Is there pricing for more than one unit?

Yes. Multi-unit pricing is available on request. Tell us the quantity in your quote request.
