I bought the rubber mat to protect the bed of my StepRanger. It has certainly done that. I also like that it is heavy to protect the bed, but light and flexible to take out when needed.

Great for protecting your investment..
It's been about a month since I received my StepRanger, and in that time, we've had six inches of snow, and as much mud in this East Tennessee clay as you can stand up in. I've hauled fuel, cattle feed and firewood with this beast every day. Everything I've asked of it, it has delivered, without hesitation. Honestly, it has exceeded my expectations. Can't believe it took this long for somebody to invent the farmer's best friend. My neighbor looked at me sideways the first time he saw me on it, and shook his head. Now he's asking questions about it. It doesn't seem to care about cold temperatures, which I cannot say about my John Deere Gator. Fires right up and goes to work. At my current workload, I put it on the charger once a week, and it's never gone below half a charge. If you own a decent sized piece of property, do yourself a favor. Get one. You won't regret it.
