What owners say
We are very happy with us step ranger. We use it for chores around the acreage. John was very accommodating to deal with. Always returned my text or calls
This company is the best. I didn’t even realize that I had a scuff, but John noticed it from a photo that I sent him. Instantly, he apologized and sent out touch up paint.Try to expect that level of service at your local car. This company has a great story and is worthy of your business.
Perfect match!
Outstanding customer service
My order was delivered promptly,
Overall the paint on my 60v StepRanger is holding up exceptionally well. I have used the paint for a couple of nicks and scratches I’ve inflicted and it covers well. Living in the PNW I think it important to keep metal covered.
I haven't used the Touch-Up Paint yet. But judging from the quality, care and customer service of John from StepRanger, I have no. worries.
I was able to talk to him on the phone twice. He was pro-active about getting my Stepranger sent to Maui and a reasonable shipping price. John answered all my questions about specs and performance. The unit is well built. Thanks Mark
Their support is quick and they stock the things you need to keep you going.
The Step Ranger works really well for in my Bee Yard, I can load boxes, and heavy honey supers with no problem. Previouly I would have to make several trips up and down my hill as I worked the bees, but now the Step Ranger allows me to do the job with ease..
So pleased with our new StepRanger…
The biggest helper on the property.
The accessory mat protects the base…
And nicks and scrapes are perfectly covered with the touch up paint. A easy to use workhorse.
I love my new Stepranger! It is just the answer to having assistance in the yard. I have 2 acres and the stepranger is ideal for hauling anything.
It is everything I hoped it would be. Thanks a million guys! I love it!
Great customer service and product
Perfect for touching up life's little dings.
Touch up paint matches original but not enough to cover all of the scratches and dents.
Michael - We're glad the paint match is good. We're sending you two more bottles today by FedEx to make sure you have what you need. We're always happy to send what's needed, often times 2oz is more than enough. Thanks
