StepRanger Shovel & Tool Mount (Set of 2)

Keep a shovel, axe, rake, or other long-handled tool secured to your StepRanger® and off the cargo floor. Metal brackets with non-slip rubber clamps grip tools tight and stop them from rattling or rolling around on rough rides.

Sold as a set of 2 clamps — enough to hold one long-handled tool securely at two points, or two smaller items. Need more? Just increase the quantity at checkout: a set of 4 is quantity 2, and so on.

Specs

• Holds tool/handle diameters: 0.67–1.57 in (17–40 mm). Anything thinner than 0.67 in won't grip securely.
• Load capacity: ~62 lbs combined per set of 2.
• Mounting footprint: ~2.56 x 1.18 in (65 x 30 mm) per bracket.

What's included

Each set of 2 includes the clamps plus bolts and nuts for through-bolt installation. Self-tapping screws are not included.

Two ways to install

• Self-tapping screws (fastest): Drill pilot holes into the side rail and fasten with self-tapping screws (not included). The rails are 3/4 in thick — we recommend #10 self-tapping screws in a 1/2 in length so they grip firmly without piercing all the way through. No backside access required.
• Through-bolt (strongest): Drill all the way through the rail and secure with the included bolts and nuts for maximum holding strength under heavy loads and vibration.

Mount vertically or horizontally along the rail, wherever the tool clears the bed and tailgate.

Care: To extend rubber life, keep the clamps clean and avoid prolonged sun, oil, or chemical exposure.
