Battery slid out and the truck lost power
If the battery box wasn’t latched and a battery shifted out, it can pull a wire from the plug at the controller or the in-line fuse holder.
This is usually quick to sort out. If these steps don’t fix it, call or text us and we’ll get it resolved.
What to do
Still not working? Send us the photos and we’ll get it resolved quickly. We’ll help you find the loose wire, and if a part is needed, we ship it.

- Powers on but won’t driveIf the headlight comes on and the battery gauge reads, the truck has power, and the cause is almost always one of the drive interlocks rather than a real fault.
- Won’t charge or won’t hold a chargeStart with the charger setup and read the charger’s lights, since the batteries have no lights of their own.
