Dual batteries charge or run unevenly
On a 48V truck with two battery boxes, the charger can read full off the stronger bank, so charging each side on its own evens them out.
This is usually quick to sort out. If these steps don’t fix it, call or text us and we’ll get it resolved.
What to do
Still not working? If one bank still won’t reach full or runs noticeably shorter, call or text us and we’ll get it resolved quickly. We’ll work through it with you by phone or a quick video, and if a part is needed, we ship it.
