"Reverse" light is on while charging

Nothing is wrong: the charger’s sticker has the POWER and REVERSE labels swapped, so the light marked REVERSE is the power light.

What to do

  1. The light marked REVERSE is on because the charger has AC power, which is exactly what it should do while charging.
  2. Use the percentage lights for charge state: blinking means charging, solid or stopped blinking means full.
  3. Nothing is wrong with the truck, the charger or the batteries. We’re correcting the label.

Still not working? If you see this on a 48V charger, or the percentage lights don’t behave as described, call or text us and we’ll confirm it on your model.
